Mr. Maier has 14 years of private equity, venture capital and operations experience. For the past 7 years, Mr. Maier has assisted private equity funds with the turnaround and management of their portfolio companies. His titles have included COO, CFO, and Director of Operations and Business Development.

Neil T. Gillespie Senior Director

Mr. Gillespie spent 29 years at Booz Allen Hamilton specializing in the Defense Sector. His roles included lead partner of all Booz Allen Navy/USMC/USCG businesses, was the founder of Booz Allen’s presence in the Hampton Roads area serving JFCOM, CINCLANTFLT, Air Combat Command, TRADOC and other defense related client bases. Mr. Gillespie was also lead partner for development of the Huntsville Alabama business as well as the lead partner for creation of NAVAIR business at Patuxent River.
